Job Responsibilities:

1. In accordance with the requirements of GMP and other regulations, lead and participate in the management and construction of the QC department/analysis and testing department;

2. Be responsible for the establishment of departmental systems, quality systems and operation systems;

3. Be responsible for the development of new drug quality analysis methods, the establishment of quality standards, methodological validation, stability studies, and other work;

4. Be responsible for completing the writing of relevant application materials in accordance with the requirements for application and registration.

5. Be familiar with personnel arrangement and equipment management, and be responsible for the management, training, and resource coordination of laboratory personnel.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, analytical chemistry or drug analysis, with over 7 years of working experience and over 3 years of management experience. Familiar with GMP-related regulations, with strong theoretical knowledge and problem-solving skills;

2. Proficient in various analytical instruments, including LC-MS, HPLC, GC, physicochemical, NM, XRD, TA and other multiple analytical detection techniques, capable of independently conducting method establishment, validation, transfer and other work;

3. Possess certain experience in drug research and application, including experience in writing application materials and project management;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, good initiative, high execution ability and excellent communication skills.

Job Details

1. Proficient in the basic knowledge of organic synthesis reaction theory; Participate in the design of molecular structures and their synthetic routes; Be familiar with the operation of various synthetic equipment;

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in organic synthesis route development and at least 1 year of relevant working experience in organic synthesis team management.

2. Possess basic knowledge of medicinal chemistry and team leadership experience; Have rich and solid experience in organic synthesis chemistry; Strong ability to independently search for literature; Be familiar with the analysis of spectra such as NMR and LC-MS;

3. Have certain experience in personnel management and project management, be able to adapt to and coordinate the work among different departments, lead the team to promote project progress, and solve various problems that arise in the project;

4. Be capable of quickly adjusting work plans based on work goals, enhancing work efficiency and promptly resolving project issues.

5. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication, organizational and coordination abilities. Be able to recognize and make good use of team members, ensuring that everyone fulfills their duties.

6. Candidates with experience in independently completing process optimization, scale-up, transfer and process validation of small molecule innovative drugs or generic drugs are preferred.
